THE ARCHIVE: The Latest Additions!
One of my biggest goals in 2023 is to get at least HALF of all of my vintage collections photographed and uploaded to our online fashion archive! Quite the task, amirite?!
I’ve started out with the smaller objects mainly in our archive of vintage cosmetics from nail polishes, lipsticks, eyeshadows, etc.
Take a peek at some of our latest additions!
One of my FAVORITE additions is the most recent of the decades and that’s the 1998 Bonne Bell FLIPSTICKS in the shade “Cherry Cola”! I remember COVETING these in Junior High and finally got my hands on two as a teen. I kept them (a clear gloss and a deep brown shade) in my little macramé purse like the cool kid I thought I was :)
I was able to find three of the “Cherry Cola” shades at an auction and they were all deadstock! I’ve seen some people online actually use these, but I’m perfectly content admiring from a safe distance.
My next goal is to start photographing my vintage lingerie collection, which is a VERY daunting task! Want to see how daunting?
